Authentic leadership is service-leadership. Authentic leadership
is not about having power to make decisions, it is about exercising
our ability to serve and care for a community. Leaders who serve
others earn the privilege of leadership. 
Service-Leadership
is the central theme of our programs. Every Global PeaceWorks project
is designed around a service project assisting a community in need.
Service-Leadership reduces the likelihood of authoritarian leadership
and increases the likelihood of stable, prosperous communities.
Hatreds
never cease through hatred.. Through love along they
