I found this webpage which I think you would like Global PeaceWorks is a volunteer organization where people of different religions provide charitable service while exploring spirituality and religion. Seems like a great opportunity to create peace among religions. The primary work is in Delhi, India - looks like a very meaningful project they have there (see http://www.globalpeaceworks.org/projects/india/2003/report.htm) - plus they are looking to create new programs in the Middle East and other parts of South Asia.
